It is a pain that affects one or more joints, causing redness and swelling in the joints, usually in the big toe joint.

Gout Causes

The disease is caused by the presence of chemicals in the blood, which is uric acid, it is made in the body, and  eliminated outside the body through urine  
But when you have gout, uric acid builds up in your blood, forming small stones that build up in your joints and cause inflammation.

Risk factors

There are specific foods that increase the height of uric acids such as meat and legumes.
Take certain medications that increase the uric acid rise, such as diuretics.
There are some diseases in which uric acid is high such as psoriasis.

Difficulty walking and wearing shoes.
It causes redness and swelling of the affected joints.

Advance Gout
Kidney stones.
Treatment:
Anti-inflammatory analgesics such as diclofenac (Diclofenac).
Colchicine.
Steroid, 
Weight loss.
Avoid food that contains protein.
Stop drinking alcohol.
